Walk to the Chiesa Nuova bus stop
The closest SITA stop is in the Chiesa Nuova area, about 140 metres (490 feet) from the hostel entrance.
Exit through the main door, walk down the stairs to Via Pasitea, turn left, and continue roughly 100 metres (330 feet).
Look for Bar Internazionale on the left-hand side; the bus stop sits directly outside the café.
Buy round-trip bus tickets
Go into Bar Internazionale and ask for SITA tickets to Fiordo di Furore.
Staff may suggest one-way or return tickets depending on the price that day — buy a return so you are covered for the ride back.
Wait on the seaward side of the road
Cross Via Pasitea to the opposite side from the bar and wait at the marked SITA stop.
Arrive early and give yourself time for a second bus in case the first one is already full.
Ride the SITA bus towards Amalfi
Board a bus heading for Amalfi or Agerola and tell the driver you need the Fiordo di Furore stop so they know to pull over.
The ride covers about 10.8 kilometres (6.7 miles); intermediate stops depend on other passengers requesting them.
If you have mobile data, track the stop by searching for \"JH73+PQ Furore, Province of Salerno\" on Google Maps.
Take the stairs down to the beach
Get off beside the bridge, cross the road, and take the staircase that leads away from the traffic toward the cliffside walkway.
Follow the stairs up and over the bridge, then descend the final flights to reach the shingle beach at the bottom.
