Apply NowWe are looking for people who like helping travellers settle in and can bring care to the small details that shape a stay.
The place
Our days move between reception, guest help, breakfast, terraces and the practical details that keep travellers comfortable.
The approach
We keep hospitality clear: know the answer, solve the thing, and treat guests like people who have just arrived somewhere unfamiliar.
The origin
Brikette exists because Positano should have a social, practical place to stay, not only luxury rooms and complicated plans.
The evolution
Every season teaches us what guests need next: better arrival help, clearer house notes, more useful local support and warmer systems.
You are warm with guests and steady under pressure.
You like practical work and clear standards.
You can communicate kindly in a busy hostel setting.
You notice details before guests need to ask.
You are comfortable with changing daily priorities.
You care about Positano and helping travellers feel settled.
You prefer a role with no guest contact.
You find shared-space hospitality frustrating.
You need every day to follow the same script.
You do not enjoy direct, practical teamwork.
Guest-facing work at Brikette means being approachable, clear and useful. The goal is not performance; it is helping people feel less lost and more at home.
