- For full-time roles, you must be legally authorized to work in Europe for the entire duration of your employment

- You’re a volunteer looking for a stay under three months
For customer-facing roles:
You should genuinely enjoy offering top-notch service to our guests. If you’re not prepared to go above and beyond for people, this isn’t the place for you.
We’re always on the lookout for dedicated cleaners (a full-time position), as well as team members for breakfast shifts, evening shifts, reception, and experience-led roles like hiking guides or boat captains.

Hostel Brikette began in 1995, back when Positano was more renowned for its fashion scene than global tourism. Our vision was to introduce travelers—especially younger ones—to the Amalfi Coast’s vibrant charm. We started humbly, catering to the basic needs of explorers of that era.
Since then, Positano has blossomed into a premier luxury destination. In response, we’ve modernized, adding new technology and amenities, enhancing our breakfast options, and creating a social atmosphere that keeps guests talking long after their stay.
