Buss tillbaka till Hostel Brikette från Laurito Beach

Walk up to the Laurito bus stop

Follow the stairs from the beach up to the coastal road and cross carefully to the uphill side.

Look for the blue-and-white SITA sign mounted on the metal pole and wait on the lay-by so the driver can see you.

Board the Amalfi Coast bus

Flag the driver as the Amalfi- or Positano-bound coach approaches and have your validated ticket ready.

The ride covers roughly 4.1 kilometres (2.5 miles) with several village stops; hold on as the bus climbs the hairpins toward Positano.

Get off at Bar Internazionale / Chiesa Nuova

Listen for the announcement or watch for the Bar Internazionale tabacchi — it is the first major stop once you re-enter Positano.

Press the stop button in advance and step off beside the tabacchi corner opposite Hostel Brikette.

Walk back to Hostel Brikette

Continue in the same direction as the bus for just over 100 metres (330 feet) along Viale Pasitea.

Take the staircase on your right to return directly to Hostel Brikette's main entrance.

Buss tips

• The printed timetable lists Positano times, not Laurito; expect the Laurito stop about 10 minutes before the Positano Sponda arrival.
• If you run out of tickets, use the Laurito shuttle boat back to Spiaggia Grande so you can buy more at the tabacchi before trying again.
